Idyllically situated next to the castle gardens, it is the ideal destination for families, friends and nature lovers who want to experience a special holiday in the Eifel. There are plenty of recreational, active and leisure activities available.
With over 250 square meters of living space, „La Maison“ offers you and up to 13 guests plenty of room. Use this charming holiday home as a starting point for extensive hikes, bike tours or excursions. Or enjoy it as an oasis of peace amidst the Eifel nature and the special atmosphere of Schmidtheim Castle.
After an active day outdoors, you can end the day with a cozy barbecue on the sunny terrace or relax in your private garden – part of the castle gardens – of „La Maison“. While your children let off steam on the trampoline, build castles in the sandbox or splash about in the paddling pool, you might want to treat yourself to a glass of wine on the terrace.

Short breaks in the Eifel: If you want to get away from it all during the week, you can take advantage of our cheaper accommodation prices from Monday to Friday.
The Midweek Special is also ideal for short workations or as a „home office“ for employees and self-employed people who want to combine work and relaxation for a few days.
